Management needs to be more work specific. The resources are abundant but due to lack of management it lags sometimes.

Salary gets delayes sometimes. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes the working hours gets 14-15 hrs straight in a day as I have attend client calls in the evening & sometimes at night. Managers do not value an individuals efforts, which is very much disappointing.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Field staff is supportive. Shift interchange is allowed.

Usually salary credit is late. After resignation they don't support. Hr dept. Is not supportive at all. They just wait for higher authority intervention.

...lopment of professional carrier initially I strongly recommend one has to join .but in terms of salary you take and the facilities you get ,you should avoid it for no reason . in any site you have that scope of advancing your analytical and thought provoking skills . Ethics of company should be improved for the welfare of employees and should rethink about benefits for employees
