Nice, it's 2yrs contractual basis, consolidated salary of 1,10,000 pm. Main task and Core function of CSO is to take care of Company assets, safety of Employees, maintaining of fire extinguishers, hydrants, providing fire fighting training to security personnel, control of thefts. Monitoring inward and outward material providing security at colony, lorry yard, pump house, railway line. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
