Very bad experience company hold by hr. N plant managers ,no any employee are safe in this company all upper level exploits there under employees n get good opportunity for that level only company president doesn't able to know all political game play by upper level managers even pf cut by employees salary not form company.. salary is very law n no body want to listen..😔

No growth of individual ..no one want to notice employees efforts..from 10 years employees also not be get enough salary to servive his family

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

People at Top i.e. HOD level Doesnt have Enough Knowledge. They Just want to Use there Tongue by Just Saying " Yes Boss". South Indians and other Old Employees can't Tolerate new employees as they have good Exposure compared to Them. You can be Laid of Anytime. HR Sucks Here. There are many HR who doesnt know to write a Mail also, Couldn't Communicate easily, but are just here for Information Transfer from here to There. Polices are Just as Bad as it Gets. No Strategy/Vision in Place. This Company willl not withstand future challenges if it Doesnt Change. I recommend everybody not to Join the Compant they will give u Good Salary but then after entering you would think where the HELL i am. So please you are from Good Background and Knowledge stay Away.

... an access to top most management for any of your either ideas or your problems. I will not tell about finance and salary etc.. as these are never the concern for right candidate at kohler. You just have to be BOLD.

Recent changes have changed the culture very much. In GSS R2R team 5/6 people left because of one bad manager Abhijit. He is very biased, no respect for the team, behaves badly, frequently criticizing Kohler culture and asks unnecessary personal questions as well. Many times raised concerned with leadership and HR but zero action taken against him. Many people left because of him only. Things were good before but had to leave due to this.
