Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? It is a remote setup, and strictly Monday to Friday with no overtime.. the Work Life balance is the only satisfaction here

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No promotions. No on time appraisals. Promises are very seldom fulfilled by the management. And random decisions were being taken by my immediate manager in the name of "Management Decisions"

I have got several training from indevia accounting as they conduct training for their employees for example English training accent training and other work related training. also they provide fruits on daily basis. recently they have arranged Cricket tournament. they conduct health related sessions also. In other words I can say that it is really a employee caring company. if you perform well you will get promotion within a quarter or two.
