Higher Management is very egotistic and confused they may like your work one day and next day they criticize and compare with garbage they even start dragging your family background during criticizing you in front of whole office

Dislikes

They never consider you as an employee they treat you as a slave, as duration of your contract ends which is around 1 yr (13k per month) they suddenly have problems with your character because you are workin as a team on a project with opposite gender 😂 they never give you increment rather increase the contract duration to 6 months to 1 year

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
