There are many reasons but let's focus on top three reasons - Micromanagement - Low Salary - Outdated Language use Micromanagement -Focus on FTR-STR(first round testing, second round testing) instead of project deliver smoothly -Unnecessary excels need to fill -Focus on resources are free or not. And if they are free means need to send them to any other team and make them occupied. Seriously first time seen this kind of thing here. If anyone is free means top useless management people need to take some action to increase project volume instead of focusing on low order) -If we are working more than 12 hours it is fine, but in time entry needs to show only max of 10-11 hours -they ask minimum 9 hours of work without a single break -One of the worst is Quality metrics -Just because of this Micromanagement, a number of team members are finding a job and management does not notice this. -Connect with HR is one of the biggest task here (Luck required) Low Salary -More than 70-80% of employees are unhappy with the hike, but Management replies only one thing. This is a good increment also you don't have any other company offer letter so we can't do anything. Outdated Language use -Providing Web Developer Position and working on HTML CSS only. They don't know which Language are in Demand

Note : I was not laid-off, I decided to leave due to the poor culture and lack of growth in this company. Hence, I am not someone who is looking out to vent over here but rather want to tell people (whoever reads this) to stay away from this company. Honestly, I joined this company thinking I’ll get the growth in terms of my career and upskill myself with the broader area of the company’s operations. But it turned out to be one of the worst companies I have worked with. The only fine thing is that they give you a package which can match the market but again, it depends on how you negotiate.

...d for it.” So people, forget your personal life and health. And the best part is - NO OVERTIME PAY. Yes you read that write. My colleagues would get hospitalised frequently due to the pressure. And guys, thinking of a promotion? Well, get ready to wait for a minimum of 3-4 years. Be a bootlicker if you are a manager pleaser, maybe you’ll get it within 2 years. I got to experience one hike - the number is worse than you think. 3) Culture - They say that they value the employees well-being and stuff, maybe that’s what the founders (executive management) genuinely wants for it’s employees but guys, your - Team Leads, Managers, Senior Managers will eat you up. If you want to burn, do join this company. For someone like me who can hustle to push my limits and look for growth and yet see no fruit, you can imagine how pathetic this company is - and by that please do consider the management of the company and not its leaders who want their company to succeed. Unfortunately, it’s been spoiled by the wrong hires at the managerial level. Best of luck!

...ce culture is it's best part, no toxicity and very friendly and helpful seniors. The compensation they paid was a very competitive one as compared to the current pay scale in the industries. Also there's a lot of focus on learning and improving the skill set of the employee

The company has a good work culture.. When the company was not doing financially well, they haven't fired anyone. They tried to retain people by just cutting their hike. They value their employees more.
