Very slow rate of growth A lot of perks are being scrapped due to crash of overall global market which is understandable Bonus and Appraisal have taken a hit from the past couple of months

1. Permanent remote 2. Very good work life balance 3. Unlimited PTOs 4. Additional 1 holiday every month called You Days (valid only till this year)

Dislikes

...Leadership is trimming of benefits like You day, work from home allowance etc 4. No hike for 1.7 years.

Likes

... deciplined person. Teammates are supportive and the manaagement is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary like and bonus every year.

Indeed keeps the mind relax confirmation process takes time help yourself take advantage for purpose of ambition

Indeed keeping charged up and never take the others to the disadvantage lake behind for goal of life

Indeed is having wonderful work culture. They really value their employees and give several benefits like paid time off, flexible working hours, work life balance, no pressure, monthly 'You Day' (fixed holiday once in a month apart from weekends) and there are many more.

Dislikes

As of now I have not came accross anything which I can say I dislike about Indeed.
