This is a retail shop in Western mall of jubilee hills road no 36, Madhapur But behaves like a company which fools customers by saying that they are the OEM of European based products. The reality is they procure from Chennai and sells in hyderabad. Abhilash the shop owner - The Smoker and who treats employees inappropriate, who uses and through the employee. The company doesn't have any benefits. Literally nothing - No PF, Gratuity, ESIC, No Insurance. This shop opens at 10 AM and customers will come throughout the day, as an employee you feel you are working in a fish market. This is most likest part of the company.

Dislikes

When it comes to Dislikes The company Doesn't pay any TDS for those who are coming under income tax slab. No monthly payslips, No appraisal, No rating, No salary Benchmarking, just nothing. The company can fire and hire without any prior notice. There are three bootlickers in the office - Mahesh, Venkatesh and Sachin Verma. The total manpower is 20+ but dodging from Statuary compliances. If you join here, one thing for sure will happens is they ruin your career. There are plenty of victims who have joined and played with their career and fired within three months. One thing i would like to say is, Nothing is streamlined, No timings, No leaves, No holidays, No benefits.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
