The company doesn't have any benefits. Literally nothing - No PF, Gratuity, ESIC, No Insurance. This shop opens at 10 AM and customers will come throughout the day, as an employee you feel you are working in a fish market. This is most likest part of the company.

When it comes to Dislikes The company Doesn't pay any TDS for those who are coming under income tax slab. No monthly payslips, No appraisal, No rating, No salary Benchmarking, just nothing. The company can fire and hire without any prior notice. There are three bootlickers in the office - Mahesh, Venkatesh and Sachin Verma. The total manpower is 20+ but dodging from Statuary compliances. If you join here, one thing for sure will happens is they ruin your career. There are plenty of victims who have joined and played with their career and fired within three months.
