Open door Policy, Regular Training for all employees, weekly product call to understand the product feature. Company which that focus on customer experience & put customer at center of all action. Great place to work.

Work can get stressful due to miscommunications and due to team being small, there can be more workload sometimes.

Everyone is responsible and helpful. Working conditions are great. Good HRs. They hold nice activities during festivals. Seniors don't put pressure.

Sometimes have to work overtime because of huge workload.
