... just hire people to sell them to other companies. They company policy is worst. Their offer letter says that as a employee you have to serve 2 months notice period, but if they need to fire you as their prblem like not availability of projects etc, they can just give you 15 days salary and fire you. They deduct salary if you have taken more than 1 CL every month. They have no paid leave, maternity leave plan. They just pay minimum for your PF. If you want to increase company contribution on PF they do not do it. They are just manpower consulting company. They dont have any projects. They are still a training company. for giving job to freshers they generally charge 85K from the students and most people nedd to work Free of cost in the first 6 months of emplyment.

Simply put, there were no upsides at Incise Infotech Company. It's a place I wouldn't recommend due to numerous issues and a generally unpleasant atmosphere.🚫 People gets projects or clients only by using there tounge. 👅

...eople are working here with no salary increment even after a year. Call centres are far better than this atleast they do increase your salary on time.😑

I got the client opportunities from the first week of joining and now i am on good client. I am really thankful to the management team for their constant support. Hard work is needed, and with a constant positive attitude , i worked and got a client.

Nothing as such to like here, been working here since past 1 year, Still haven't got even 1 opportunity to give client interview. Basically no growth at all, and bond condition makes it worst place there can be.

>No clients >Toxic work culture >No flexibility at all >Poor management >Bond condition I can keep on writing and cons won't end, so get the idea.
