I was great to be part of Coforge Incessant. This organization is good in work environment and skill development so career growth will be good. Good support from Team members(T.L) for work, Resource Team and from HR Team (Payroll, Insurance policies etc...)

False Promises will be given to make a resource to join the organization and most of the work will be on Support and Pega Upgrade Testing. Even after Retaining the CTC promised is not given and nothing is met. Projects will be given against your Career Interest,they never consider your Career Growth. Most of the projects are of Pega Upgrade Testing by the Developers. You won't get Development Projects as they don't have any..If you want to do Upgrade Testing than Development you can join here and if you ask for any Development they will say every Project as Development or else they will say you will get Development post Pega Upgrade Tasks are done and will try to convince you saying you will get familiar with Application mean while but once Upgrade is done they will release you from Project and try to assign again other Pega Upgrade testing. Pega Upgrade is handled by Pegasystems but not by Incessant/Coforge." Think twice before Joining,if not you may become a Pega Upgrade Tester than a Developer though you join as a Developer". All the Incessant Founders has left the Organization already. Interview Process is easier now as most of the existing Pega Resources are leaving the Organization. They just need resources for Billing.

Great developers are working for that company. They are providing lot of opportunities. However BAs never listens to the Developers, they commits client without having proper communications with the developers(which is ver bad thing) Incessant management never care about the personal life of its employee. People don't get holidays(even public holidays). Many time, well most of the time their expectation is to work 24 x 7.

It was taken over by other company but still it is a nice company, the good thing is job security though its a small company (around 530 employees) ,but now new management is taking over the charge...so don't know about future culture.

No cab, not many projects, hectic work,you have to complete 8 hrs in office once you are in project.
