Company's culture, work timings, compensation and helping out each other, my managers were very friendly and they were available when we needed them.

Dislikes

Hiring decision, the reason I say this is because we very hired for a project which did not start. We were shifted to a different project during my employment though. I had to go but still I loved my time with Incedo.

...e management has sweared that they will do absolutely nothing for the employees. We are working double for the last 5 months without any incentive or bonus or promotions or ijp. Seniors don't shy away from giving threats to make life difficult if you raise a voice.

Dislikes

Some managers are spoiling company culture. Managers and Directors like Shweta Garg, Gurugram tends to show wrong picture to higher mgmt. They do not care about project deliverables . All they care is to create their own impression in front of higher mgmt. They show that entire work is driven by them. They are harassing employees reporting to them regularly with full support of mgmt. Managers like Shweta Garg is forgetting that their is one ultimate power that will punish her one day for their bad work

....even after making employee work for 12-16 hrs .there will be no appreciation...no salary hike ...no promotion ...last but not least no job security and no projects

Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.
