WORK-WISE 1. Don't expect any creative space 2. Stick only to the checklist provided 3. Any ideas in terms of improving a system is not at all entertained 4. Repeated tasks over and over AND 5. Tasks were completely unrelated from my work profile. I was given 5% to 10% of MLOps and repeatedly keep doing that over a period of 2 years. COMPANY WISE: 1. No Work bench policy, once on bench Internal team would try but no guarantee that you will get the new client. 2. Locations where majority of Management people aren't seated, that branch is often neglected and employees hardly feel a part of being in a team. 3. Had to plead a lot for arranging travel just to get the Customer laptop fixed by visiting Customer location.

Dislikes

Hire and Fire company Managers/Directors behave like dictators. These excel workers know nothing about team management and just keep you harassing and manipulate HR against you and get you fired if you are not boot lickers.

...ing training is provided. Good work culture and ambient infrastructure is there. Timely salary payment and increments are pluses.

Almost none. As some missing facilities like-Transport/Childcare- are there in the pipeline by management.

Pros: Flexible working hours, you have to complete 9 hours when ever you come, Work from home facility, Pay Scale is High Cons: The hired either in the pay roll of client or in their payroll. If you are hired in the payroll of the client you are lucky enough and free from the politics and if you got hired in Incedo payroll then it depends how long the project is with them.

You have to travel of your own.
