Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Poor work environment, 2k salary appraisal, fired at anytime if they don't have any work for you, no other benefit

Will offer you a great salary. Salary will be on time.

They will hire you on a good salary basis. Hr will beg you to please join. she is a sweet knife. The project will be assigned And the project will be made to finish within the probation period, once it's done they will terminate you stating that your performance is not up to the mark. They will make your work day and night even on weekends. SO ANYONE WHOEVER WANNA JOIN, STAY AWAY FROM IT

...ive you termination letter stating that your performance is not upto the mark. Salary deduction Poor quality laptop Sometls are too co operative Some are just like damaad...staying in the company for more than 8 years. Demean No work life balance Works on weekends No team support

I was a HR generalist and they use to treat me like a recruiter , They settled my FNF in th 4 months which actually they don't wanted to pay but when I said I will take legal help then they agreed to pay . They have no professionalism. There are 2 MD's in the organization out of which one don't even know how to talk to the employees they will use words like (tu, tune kra and etc)

There is no life balance, no satisfaction and no job security. working environment is totally poor, hug politics. Poor management.

the work pressure is very high. Many times I have to work 16-20 hours straight in a days as I have to attend clients call in the evening and may times late night. I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. THEY HAVE POLICY HIRE AND THEN FIRE
