Ther is a lot politics and the management issu Salary not a proper timing career growth is very slow. There is a bond 3 year which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you want to join company like this ,then trust me ,you are one step ahead from begger ,they never provide your salary on time,and the management of INCA is very poor ,account never pickup your calls then manager always speaks rudely,the management of INCA is very very poor. they provide your salary on 20to 25 almost they hold your 2 months salary ,you can't got your full salary in single time,they also didn't provide the salary in lockdown.

Inca is a good company for their support, much guys were there to help engineer also they provide AMC to banks and hospitals. But it is field work so guys were feel trouble in field because guys can use only busesnot metro.so it will problems for guys.
