1. You won’t get loan due to bank added this company to suspicious list and salary won’t credit with company name 2.there is no hierarchy in the organisation only CEO and MD has designation (designation will be allotted on the basis of previous organisation) 3. PF will not credit on time they will credit it on employee last working day 4. resignation only accepted on management wish and you are not aware when you are going to be release from the service of the organisation 5. people ask you to leave in period of payroll without your Notice. 6) who were given ratting 5 here.they were given under the supervision of HR 6. even for experience employee join at company they expected to sign bond( Sign Bond Cost atleast 5 Lacs) 7. interviews will conduct for the name sake .when CEO or MD visit (even candidate clear 3 round of interview still they ask to conduct another round when superior visit )

In2IT EBS fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment. The management team is approachable and colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand.

In2IT EBS is open to feedback and suggestions, but it would be beneficial to to have more frequent channels for employees to voice their ideas.

They do have good Project's pipeline but they are unable to handle those projects with low energy skilled people

Dislikes

The Company culture is a worst micro management and you won't feel you're working in IT sector
