... expect too much from doctors , they hire saying we require plain bams ,MD bams. But offer salary around 20k to 25k.
Plus their senior Vishnupriya is too rude.
How can plain bams can advise medicines to pregnant women's online..it's totally disaster.
They r playing with patients health.
Working here makes me feel they play with patients health just for money.
No sense of responsibility towards patients.
Worklife balance is one of the few redeeming aspects, but that is primarily due to the lack of proper protocol. Without this, flexibility exists, but important to note that the workload can be quite hectic.

Initially, when I joined, it was communicated that the workday would be 5.5 days. However, without any official notification, management is now requiring to employees to work for all 6 days .
