I was in it support team. Team Culture was very poor. Forcefully took work from extra hours which was without pay ....its very dissatisfied & disappointed. Nepotism & give Buttering to their manager & then take advantage for promotion.

I must say the hierarchy system is poor; 3–14-year-old employees are working as senior programmers.
