Hi all, I am currently working at C-DAC. Here current CTC 8.5LPA and in near future will be getting 10 LPA offer. Now I got an offer from Impetus technology for the role of software engineer with CTC of 11 LPA in the same city and 50k is the joining bonus. Should I join?? or look for another opportunity? 45 days notice period in current company, 3 months in Impetus Can I still negotiate?

There is nothing to like in the company. Now the company environment become worst.

Dislikes

...have to work 24*7 for 7 days. They will also interfere you personal life also. Compensation is bad. No learning. No Growth. No Personal Life.

Dislikes

This is one of the most insecure jobs. A very stressful work environment makes it even worse with indecent manager behaviour. No work Life balance . Firing in Notice period also. Fake product base company.
