Too much politics as there are lot of old employees who are responsible for this. There behaviour is also like this that they are running this organisation and they are the owners also they don’t have manners to talk in meetings

Great Management No interference in day to day work. No politics. Great work culture. Great Technical work. Very good HR and Admin Functions. Hard work is recognized in organization.
