Say about a home outside your home in true sense, that's Impetus for you. Let it be compensation benefits or quality of work, in every aspect, impetus wins . Work stress is also minimal. You complete your work you go home is something that is practiced in reality here not by words. Learning curve would be exponential due to variety of projects and/or the learning programs.

Nothing much, only overseas opertunities are less

Very approachable and supportive staffs. Compensation and benefits are excellent.

Dislikes

Clients are a bit less, so if you are stuck at one bad client’s project, then workload would be too much. Otherwise, organisation wise, Impetus is indeed best place to work for.

Micro management, no work life balance, manager are rude think Employees as machine or there slave, Over commit time lines to client to get business and than add pressure to its people/Employees to work late nights

I wish I could love something about the company. At most you probably will get to work on different technologies but that is also for short duration. The products are terrible and not optimized at all for good performance.

Dislikes

...killed labor. Politics is played by everyone and most by upper management folks. You manager likely wont be able to give appraisal more than 10% as salary hike.

..., and approachable Leadership/HR. Plenty of learning initiatives are provided. Annual salary hike far better in comparison to other services based firms(say TCS, Infy, Wipro etc) Sense of job security

Dislikes

Less flexibility when it comes to changing project (perhaps its an issue with most other companies as well)
