Not good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Tere is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. No salary increment & no career growth.

After salary has been credited to our account they called personally and they asked us like " is there any issues " but if we said anything they said simply"kindly check with your manager"

Less Support and Irresponsible HR. After 2 Years completed they are not interested to discuss the hikes.

Working Culture of employees are good.

After resignation all the processes are very slow, delay in reliving letter. We have to chase them for salary and experience letter after completion of notice period.

... Wipro so technically Impact will be 4th party. Good for freshers but not great. Salary is on time.

You get designation but not work according to it, nothing much to learn but no job pressure as you need to wifi support to guest staying in Hotel. Later you get bored and no increment and no growth.
