Needs to improve work culture. Only a fixed amount is increased per year if you give extra effort still you are in a fixed increasing range not a competitive salary is offered

As this is my first company, working at IMG Global Infotech has been a great opportunity for starting my career. I think this company is one of the best options for a fresher. Work environment is also good so far and the seniors are co-operative as well.

The office hours plus the lunch break could be adjusted, so that the employees can get enough time to rejuvenate for work.

Well, first and foremost, I would say the company’s overall reputation drew me in. I’ve had a few friends and family members who either worked here and they’ve always raved about the atmosphere of professionalism. I have been working at IMG Global InfoTech as Project Manager last One and half Year. Very good place to work and learn. It is stable company with some good project and very talented people. Helped me to grow and improve on my skill set. A very healthy environment to work in and flourish. Here both the seniors (Mr. Mohit Mittal & Neeraj Rajput) are very helpful and generous.
