The company is really very nice , Best part is Salary is on time . There are very good incentives plan , but they dont give the incentives for what we are qualified for . They will try to deduct your incentive amount , like there was a typing error . This was a forced sale , We work for sales process , ofcourse some of the Customers irrated , but than also they want representative should end the call in a good manner . From our side its alway in a good manner , but even they dont want CX to be irrated even if he dont have any problem. If you make that sale , That sale will not count in you . This is how they deduct your incentives . And the quality parameters they want its really shocking . If you have to maintain the parameters than sales is very hard . So in a day you can make sales but only 2 to 3 sales . The way they want . Everytime they will call you and let you know . Why are you doing this on call . But the Quality people also cant make a single sale , and they accept for us 😂🤣. While giving the the incentives this company cry too much . I have been working over here in this company from almost 3 years . Salaries is on time you will not face and issues about salary . But you wont get any incentives on time , but you will get it . When they are comfortable giving it . After All its a sales process , So every company is strict about the sales . Even this company . But anybody likes working with this environment . Its really cool on the floor . Everybody are supportive on the floor . Over here if you guys got to know , how sales are made in this company you guys will rock it . My experience about the sales in this company is really very good . any have never face any problems about the sales in this company . But Than also quality people will call you . And demotivate you . When you will get the quality feedback . So after that time you wont be able to confident enough to make sales . Quality people are itself demotivating it.
