Work culture which is excellent to work with especially in Kolkata and it is hard to find in any companies located in Kolkata.

Dislikes

It has started undervaluing its employees by not providing what they are capable of in terms of growth, Salary.

Likes

The company is good for ITes work. Work culture is good. Salary is getting paid time to time. There is no delay of giving the salary. Sometime, it is being paid one day before if there is Holiday on the Salary paying date.

Dislikes

...concerned because many employees don't feel that their job is secured from 2023. The salary increment percentage is getting reduced. Specially those who are in Technician level or Agent level their growth of salary is not growing at the level of the market cost.

Likes

Company Culture. Flexible shifts. Night allowance. No night shift for female employees. 50-50 Workforce. (Male 50% Female 50% ).

Dislikes

Low Salary. Even they hire with 8K/Month. Salary of internally promoted employees are very low. No fixed salary structure. Some old employee gets salary restructure if they have good relationship with manager.

Likes

It was a good company with friendly as well as competition environment. The only problem is salary, they won't give you a satisfactory salary for the output you're providing for the company.

Promotion procedure as there is very less or no IJP. Just promotion through regular appraisal in a year that creates a scene of favouritism.
