With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Dislikes

Promotion procedure as there is very less or no IJP. Just promotion through regular appraisal in a year that creates a scene of favouritism.

It's environment is good. They have good security system for women's.

Dislikes

Their salary structure is not acceptable at any point. Employee's doing same work with same efficiency and efforts but the difference in their salary is huge.

The company is no doubt a good company. Salary on time. They will not throw you away instead they will put you in a different project if you are unable to perform well.

The worst part of this company is only one project which is GFM. Only for this project people are leaving this company and sharing bad reviews about this company. Please request the HR not to put you in GFM. Else you are dead.
