The first thing I want to say is thanks a lot for the job provided by the Imerit to me when I was struggling during the COVID-19. Imerit is a wonderful place for work as it's give total job security and work culture is also good. Overall management is nice and best part is they provide WFH which I was liked the most.

Dislikes

...move to other team project to work over there which is so bad for the employees. IMerit don't give a good salary as well and appraisal is also not good. They hire fresher candidate as a apprentice in which they don't give PF and ESI at all for 1 year and after 1 yr they make the candidate from apprentice to Ites executive with the same salary only with no any good growth of amount.

When I worked it was 8 hours shift No matter what you can leave the office when the shift ends.

What I gained from iMerit? Nothing Once you resign from the job the balance salary will credit to your account after 2 months (iMerit policy). It’s been 4 months and counting, still I’m waiting for salary, They give less than 1% of importance which they give to clients. They have no ethical values( They interview you for an role( promise you a role)) when u go to office if you ask the employees about the job role and project they will laugh at you( such project iMerit doesn’t take) Overall it’s a BPO type company. If you want to develop yourself and achieve more. Please don’t choose this company. They don’t value you. Once you join this company with some expectations to achieve something in your life. You will regret choosing this company. Ok at end of a day we all work for money(let’s consider). They dont give you proper appraisal. Appraisal month start to defer and finally when it comes 80rs-3000rs This is the maximum hike you can expect from them if you have clean records. There are employees who got single digit appraisal.

Imerit is an overall good company for good behavior and 1st organization as like is the best place is this and also HR, Manager is communication is polite and his behavior is good as like good senior and our teammate are helping all things so I thing all total is good

So here is my opinion here is salary hike too low it needs to be given some higher also I'm doing WFH this purpose company could not pay full internet payment and here haven't any incentive payment so i think it should do improvement in my openion

Salary is very poor the amount of work vs salary compare is too low..and lot of politics a lot at the time of appraisal they give you 400 to 500 rs after performing well also .

Promotion procedure as there is very less or no IJP. Just promotion through regular appraisal in a year that creates a scene of favouritism.
