The company is good for ITes work. Work culture is good. Salary is getting paid time to time. There is no delay of giving the salary. Sometime, it is being paid one day before if there is Holiday on the Salary paying date.

...concerned because many employees don't feel that their job is secured from 2023. The salary increment percentage is getting reduced. Specially those who are in Technician level or Agent level their growth of salary is not growing at the level of the market cost.

There is no value for educated employees. Promotion only based on oiling. Team leader use Google Translater to send an email. HR team knows everything but don't have the authority to take an action.
