There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is good but career growth is zero at the time promotion the appoint new staff with less salary and fire you with out telling you and proper information.No job security

there is no pay structure as to what to pay to a professional having 10+ years experience and abnormalities in pay structures of professionals working at different sections of company plus a low pay organization

I don't have enough words to describe about dislike in this company. I just suggest you don't ever join this company only for salary hike. No any culture, managers are very rude. They don't approve your leave even for 2-3 days and if you have any emergency and you go on leave they will issue you show cause notice and deduct your salary l

IMC limited good company but lower level employees very less salary but above M5 grade good. Our terminal location ( Dighi oil storage pvt ltd Vpo dighi Raigad Mumbai ) not good Here no transport no hospital .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
