They don't approve your leave even for 2-3 days and if you have any emergency and you go on leave they will issue you show cause notice and deduct your salary l

IMC limited good company but lower level employees very less salary but above M5 grade good. Our terminal location ( Dighi oil storage pvt ltd Vpo dighi Raigad Mumbai ) not good Here no transport no hospital .

there is no pay structure as to what to pay to a professional having 10+ years experience and abnormalities in pay structures of professionals working at different sections of company plus a low pay organization
