Worst company fir growth and white work life balance with low salary and no care dor employee if you manager is sh****** then your life will be hell. The research department works 24*7 remotely and they can send response at any time so you need to share it even at 3 or 4 so no fixed hours and the manager expects you to revert at the same time and the manager as usual does no work and you have a lot of pressure so never opt for a job in this company

Dislikes

The company used to go on trips every year. For the ISA team, no major trip outings have happened since 2020. I believe such trips are important to team members bond with each other, particularly if you are working remotely.

My experience at Imarc was okay. The company offer flexible timing and salary are paid on time. There is nothing to learn here. You don’t get to know about any new trends in seo. The work here is only focused on off page seo.

No learning at all. Hire any graduate and post graduate and make them a copy paste machine. No training at all. Just start copy paste from day 1. Deliver report in 1 day and one person to complete 10-12 company profiles. Atleast, 1 CP takes 1 hr. So 10-12 at a stretch. Managers are pathetic. Management have some favorites for reasons best known to them only. So, they keep growing up. Bogus data collected from here and there competitor websites, content copied directly from competitor reports directly. Work pressure is terrible. Many a times need to work till 2-3 am in the morning. MES is done by dragging xl. Zero learning.

The environment is highly competitive. Your urge to improve decides how you'll grow in your job profile. On the job training is highly motivating and the peers and team leaders are really helpful. Whole team works as a one big unit and solves discrepancies as a unit.

Dislikes

Salary for a fresher is decent but career growth is slow. There's a bond of a year before which you cannot resign. Guidance on how one can improve will be appreciated
