No work culture, observed monarchism, no job security, people leave within 1 year here because of no work life balance and culture. Leadership from clinical ops specially from 2021 was worst, no soft skills development, lot of internal politics. They use Company polices according to their wish. No respect to employees here.

Work load always keeps busy. Compliance management is outstanding.

Dislikes

Personal or professional growth need to be improved. Corporate culture is to be brought and employees need to be appraised. If company takes care of employees, employees will take care of company and take it further to higher levels.
