No career growth if you hired at particular ctc and designation then it will be same for next 3-4years. Photographers dominating organization, you dont have any right to raise a voice against photographer else you would have to face serious issues, one and only issue is firing.

Work environment is good but work culture is not.

Dislikes

There is less scope for people who wants to go into creative conceptualization or visualization because the scope of work is limited to commercial images and videos and stops you to think creatively and out of the box. Also, the management is bias and tweaks with their own terms and conditions from time to time.

1. Lot of politics is present in almost every other offices. 2. If you have some special qualities or talent, that would be ignored by the so-called photographers who only doing the same concepts of photography, for a very long duration. 3. Pathetic work atmosphere especially for the production team, no place available in the whole office where the team (production) can sit or put their stuff. 4. Now come on the spot boys cum labour, they are there to assist and help the production team, you also have to take the charge of their work as well, you need to lift the heavy materials of production like- sofas, table chairs, buy food for the whole production team, taking care of cars like fuel filling, open and close the whole office and studios and the list is going on *work which is mentioned above is a key role of spot boys, security guard and drivers. 5. This organisation is completely photographers dominating, I would mention the name of few photographers here, Mr Saket, Mr Pradeep and Mr Pradeep (2), They won't respect any of person, trying to please the models all the time, They won't any moment to make you insult you.

It was a good time that i spent there as an employee but more importantly the nature of the place is flimsy little hard to work with there is no time for food or other basic activity there no proper schedule for the shoots and others sorts of jobs they literally messed up things buts its okkk to have such experience once . I think they should have to upgrade there ideas thinking as now everything is changed 😊 and yaa thanks This is vinayak Make-up artist

Probably everything but i learn alot like how to tackle over confident photographers and no time table you have to listen to photographers and else every one is a fool .
