Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1) Working culture is very good, Senior person is very supportive and colleague is also supportive. 2) HR Policies is very clear and design to help the employees. 3) HR team is very supportive. you can reach any HR head or Executive any point of time and they will support you. 4) Salries is on time. 5) Hierarchy is good , senior and top management is well behave and very supportive in nature.
