So we can work independently and can spend enough time with dealers and fabricators. It will helps to build a good relationship with them. So it's a positive thing.

While I'm grateful for what I've learned in my time there, it's time for me to work at a company that provides the opportunities for personal and professional growth that's commensurate with the position.It may be the simple fact that there are no positions to move up into. Good & flexible atmosphere to work in. Yes definetely needs to perform. Opportunities are many to learn and get maximum exposure. Management is quite flexible with employees and allowing lots of exposure to grow.
