* If we are Ona work, there will be no policing attitude about our activities. It is very comfortable to work on daily basis. Because there is no extra pressure. So we can work independently and can spend enough time with dealers and fabricators. It will helps to build a good relationship with them. So it's a positive thing.

Dear Sir/Madam, However, I believe this role didn't offer enough opportunities to challenge and expand my current skill set. While I'm grateful for what I've learned in my time there, it's time for me to work at a company that provides the opportunities for personal and professional growth that's commensurate with the position.It may be the simple fact that there are no positions to move up into. And if that drags on for years, it may be time to move on to another company or line of work. Thank and regards

Good & flexible atmosphere to work in. Yes definetely needs to perform. Opportunities are many to learn and get maximum exposure. Management is quite flexible with employees and allowing lots of exposure to grow.
