Here delivery manager and Product owner won't care about the team request or interest, they just need someone to present demo to client. You can see politics in all level. You should not send any request or pointing the errors to seniors. If you do, manager will keep meeting and advise not to do. Also, he will insist to rework the seniors' mistakes. In our team always there was a cold war in who is Product Owner. It doesn't mean they take responsibility and clarify the doubts. They want superior among others. Job security: 0/5 I got hike and good comments, next month they just said to leave without any explanation. They just play politics.

we will get on time salary

there are many..few Most of them are tamil people. if you are tamil guy then you will get more reward and respect. else they will use you and through you out. dont know when they will fire you. there is no learning curve. you have to work 12-18 hours per day you have to beg for project allocation else nobody will care about you very small projects, 1-2 months, they will get small small POC works..seems to be always you will be on bench, but they will use a bench resource and at end of the quarter will consider you as non billable resource and through you out Worst policies If you resign then you can forget your final settlements

1) Zero Job security, they can fire you at any given time without notice. 2)Most of the projects ate support based and you need to be available 24x7 3)Extremely long work hours, Managers blackmail you into working 70+ hours every week 4)Abusive Onsite leads, especially in the UNIVAR project. 5)You are lucky if you get weekends off, most of the time they expect you to work on all the holidays and they reprimand you if you ask for leaves. 6)Call center mentality 7)HR team is beyond useless 8)Yearly increments are a joke

They are achieving the dream of Infosys founder by making the employees work 7 days a week and for the more than 80+ hours. Its a monumental achievement for this company as the employees are treated worse than a local regional call center. Employees here are working hard to line the pockets of the higher management so that the managers in this company can have a comfortable life.
