Overall it's a good organisation for freshers to learn and you will feel like a college. Job security Good Hikes compared to others

Dislikes

Few Team leads feels they are above than organisation. Organisation rules doesn't apply for them. When whole iLenSys has flexibility in timings and 2 WFH/week this teams don't accept that when employee asks. All they want is to squeeze employee as much as possible to work him late hours and culture isn't great. Sad to tell this all other teams and iLenSys is good but that team literally a 3rd graded with two worst leads who don't care and fight for their team. iLensys should get rid of those team leads who ruin the organisation culture

I worked with the Client thermofisher, all that is positive is the Client and how the push for learning more skills constantly upgrades and innovate.

Dislikes

Only the Client thermofisher is good for your carrier, as the constantly push for innovation, for ilensys all the care about is deliverable and billing, no regard towards the value add to the employee in terms of career development, they pay their seniors less that the freshly hired juniors, and have no regard towards highly skilled employees who are loyal to the organisation, their mantra is to keep hiring juniors get the billing and let the senior guy leave due to less pay and zero career progression and keep repeating it, it’s good for management but not for the employees.

One of the worst when it comes to work life balance So far, two employees have had serious health issues while at office ( one heart attack and one anxiety attack) They don't care about their employees, They don't reward even thier top performers The HR head takes everything personally and avoids you even when there's a high need Wouldn't recommend to the worst of my enemies

Likes

- Supportive and joyful colleagues, including juniors, seniors as well as managers. - Fun working and team building activities with bi-yearly team outings and monthly small outings/lunches/dinners. - Good culture and respectful atmosphere. - Lot of learnings and opportunities to support different aspects of technical and business related aspects of work. - New learnings everyday with the management always supporting and pushing you for your own development. - Excellent for sports enthusiasts as they have sports events every quarter, throughout the year. - TT, carrom, and breaks are normal and the entire team supports enjoyment at work (this contributes as an excellent way to build relationships with office fellows from different teams and domains.) - Flexible timing (but do maintain the complete billing hours at work). You can come early and leave early occasionally if you inform your RM before hand (with a valid reason).

Dislikes

Nothing as such, it is a great place to work and gain skills. A few observations would be - - Salary increment could be better. - Career support and clarity on career path in the company could be more talked about for the clarity and satisfaction of the employees. - Feedback system could be implemented for a better and improving work culture. Otherwise it is little difficult to build strength and reach out to your RM or HR.

Dislikes

Your reporting manager will decide everything. He takes good in their account and bad in your account. Service provider, better look for Production/MFR.
