1. Low salary. Low appraisals and promotions. 2. Upper management will commit numbers to the client without consulting with the team that will be actually working on the project. This leaves the team struggling to meet the targets. 3. Mon-Fri work week. But Saturday is considered "Working Off". So to match the delivery schedule, sometimes the team is required to work on Saturdays. Then in that case a comp-off is not given because Saturday is not a straight-forward off. 4. Sandwich leave policy. 5. Public holidays that fall on Sunday are still considered a holiday and an alternative holiday on a workday is not given. Overall the workplace is good. But I suggest the management to consider the above points and make suitable changes to the functioning and policy to make the place even better.

It is the great support of the co-workers and managers that drives you to work at Iksula. You can manage work and other priorities smoothly without any hitches. The only drawback is that the upper management is cruel when it comes to appraisals and remuneration, which defeats the purpose of such a wonderful organization.

Dislikes

The salary should be negotiated first only. Do not expect any major appraisals even if you are talented or deserving. The pay band is terrible!!

Lot of politics,Low Salary and 0% Job Security. When they fired people because of lack of work than they fire the best employees and keeps the useless one's because they have relations with upper management.

...u enjoy that pressure. Work from home facility is a add on advantage they gave. You get salary on time 7th of every month if it's a off day then you get them prior to 7th but there is no chance you get salary on 8th.

Except people who do not want to work at good and fine environment.
