They will increase the variable just to make you work even more than a human possibly can. 5. Salary is never credited on time and you'll find random deductions in it. 6. Good luck getting your reimbursements back.

Amazing work culture. There is so much to learn and grow here. Never thought would get this kind of exposure here. apart from the projects I work on I also get a chance to explore some cool areas and tech stack and learning has become fun!! Amazing people Amazing culture

Absolutely love the culture here! Joined as an intern and now working full time with Iksha Labs. You get to learn so much. Lots of exposure to work on different things. Everyone is very cooperative and understanding.
