It's not an IT Company, it's basically a healthcare service provider, vision of the company is clear, as to provide services in healthcare industry by using the software developed once. Once all the softwares are developed there will only be few of them maintaining the softwares.

Ilove to learn and Iks is the best place to learn US health process and I like the nature of staff and colleagues and friendly TLs and manager

The company is very nyc and atmosphere is so good but the package is feels down but for career beginner iks is best place to start

Bad company policies: - Number of leaves less. - Salary is credited after the month ends, on the 1st working day of the next month. - When you resign, hold back 2 months' salary. - FnF is not completed even after 45 days after your LWD. - Worst IT department I have ever experienced.

Appraisal are disappointing also when you compare as people hiring from non Ar faculty get better salary and position than the experience Ar people which is really not fare

If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.
