I like only one part that is Saturday Sunday off but I have to work on one Saturday in 2 months

There is no salary growth no position wise growth in this company. No Indian holiday you will only get 21 leaves for whole year

...good hike but all efforts are wasted...there is no employee satisfaction at all. No Diwali bonus even holidays are reduced paid leaves are reduced. I would say worst company working with. Even after having Saturday Sunday week off we use to come Saturday to complete companies back log still they can't give appraisel and appraisal they after 1 year 6 months so the amount which we use to get in April we received in September that too from 100 people only 5-6 got appraisal. HR does not have any answers of our questions I would suggest not to join IKS .

First thing we were informed there is no target than they started to give targets than started pressurizing till you don't complete you can't leave for the day. No employee satisfaction at all they never think about employees they just want their work to be done. Worst company 130 people dropped their papers in one month now you can imagine.

You will get to learn a lot of new things, ambience is good.

Dislikes

...ing principle for their employees. No matter how hard you work, you get nothing. You will get a lot of work, you will be promoted too, but you salary will always be a concern if you compare it against the market. You won't be able to manage your expenses and you won't feel that you are financially rewarded as per the tenure in the organization. It is better to switch from this organization, once you are promoted.

If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

Apart from timely payment of salary and incentives i feel IKS needs to have a huge scooe for improvement.
