I was recruited for product development at first and it had lot of potential tasks to achieve.

There's a lot of micro-managing, The company is growing out of the start-up phase, and a lot of hierarchy is implemented over time to mimic MNC-level experience, but it takes a toll on employees' time and a lot of documentation.
