Best Company in India to Learn the work of CO-Generation,Plant,Thermal Pant,Sugar Factory Maintenance Plant & finally best for the EHV & HV Power & Control Panel Production, Testing & commissioning.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high,and have never received the appreciation from the Management & senior are not friendly & co-operative in nature.No any adjustment for the Leave.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
