manager is not supportive, worst work culture ever, boss can limit growth, project management is not applicable, worst software PPM, politics as only two deputy general manager are present who do micromanagement, schneider through its policies claim that it is employee oriented but you will not feel the same at any point of time, tried of doing cost change note and cost approval note, management is not capable and does not believe its employees

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics

1) Work life balance is good 2) 8:30 am to 5:00 pm fix working hour 3) Sat and Sun off 4) As an fresher good company

...on making 3) If your reporting manager is good then only you can survive here. 4) Very less pay and benefits for contract employees. However Contract employees are more hardworking.

...can have a good team.job security is good but we have continued in one position.salary growth will be low like 5 to 8% there are no politics,very good place for learning,work environment is very good, continuous improvement,work will life flxuate

If your Qualification not to much then it will be ok.but your Qualification higher then it will be good for fresher upto only atleast for only 2 year.for your understanding in indistries

Low salary ,No work life balance,customer pressure,No appraisal,not give any accomodation in site ..
