...re is no job security, company and promoters can fire you as and when they want. Poor salary structure, HR is only for the namesake.

Company culture is appreciated. You will get to learn from your seniors. Full work life balance. No body is going to disturb you on your off days. Seniors will always push you to gain experience and skills. It will be your dream job.

There will be no promotion .

High on integrity, employee welfare, vision of the top management is realistic and very exciting. They are already a renowned name in the domestic setup and now going big time globally. Good employee recognition programs.

Dislikes

Though not frequently but some may have to work for extended hours especially on Weekend but treat you well with incentives and recognition.

It can be a long long list but overall horrible work culture with absolute zero respect for workforce. Only 5 to 6 people carry themselves as bosses and keep on shaming the entire team. They think a free lunch is what workforce will be happy with. No values of the company just sheer greed.

I don't feel anything liking about IIRIS, this was my first corporate experience and the worst experience. No work life balance, no motivation, no appraisal, mismanagement, management even indirectly pressurized me to quit the job by asking me to join the office during peak of COVID 19 second wave and during that time I lost my father. Worked hard with IIRIS for 3years with all my heart even when the HR manager was changing on every 3rd month (nobody was ready to work with them) and this type of support was not acceptable at all. Yes.. only one good thing which I would like to mention about IIRIS is that I colleagues were very supportive.

There is a long list but would like to end up stating organisation with worst management.
