Nothing. It's ridiculous workplace. Especially if I talk about the management, I have no words. They actually treat you like bonded labourers. They neither give experience letter and appointment letter. Ultimately I have wasted my year there. Then after insisting lot they gave one letter of joining, however it turned out to be invalid.

Dislikes

...g was ridiculous. They are fake. They are running an institute which is illegal. Moreover, they would deduct your salary if you take sick leave; forget about casual one. There is no sick leave in this Institute. They pay your salary in cash. It means that you have no proof that you are a part of this Institute.
