Some politics have in promotion s and grade changes, not completed in time eligible employees by promotions,no value for old employees ,some branches business depend by only some employees because future time face to problems company,zero walk-in some locations.some IRAs misuse job rules .
Work pressure is high, manager do not have value of person, senior does not guide only need business that's it. Job is not secure , mentaly pressure given by senior, company and top management is best but over all not satisfactory.
