Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. And theirs much more ...mostly toxic people .. the don't care much about staff and customers they care about profits
Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)
A bit uncertainty in policy, one at top level can change policy immediately without any proper communication.

We gets salary on time.
Dislikes
When we ask to the manager for the the leave their denied to grant leave but maneger takes leave all the time without any planning.
Company should also think about the insentive structure where other company gives good inactives to their employees our company can't l.

Even we provide to our own money to buy lunch our higher authorities, no one can not pay single penny,
Work pressure,
They also don't know how many products and they can't explain to staff also,
They believe in who is satisfied them, no salary increments for hard workrs,
Worst office culture.
The company is bother employees. incentives not given to the employees. and salary also very low to employees who are loyal to company. New joiners will get best package but existing employees will not get any hike. They will work years but no hike. The company is very terrible in view of its approach towards employees. How to live the employees with a low salary in the cost of living is so high.
